At Core Beef, we take pride in providing high quality, all natural cattle that are grassfed and grass finished. Our cattle are raised on the lush, nutrient dense pastures of Idaho, where they graze freely and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Whether you order a quarter, half, or whole beef, you can be confident that you're getting the best possible beef, raised with care and delivered directly to your door. To secure your order, we require a deposit at the time of purchase, with the balance due after the cattle are harvested and processed.
